The ecosystem

Five trades, one shared ground: the salon.

A hair salon doesn’t live on a single need. It buys colour, trains its teams, seeks technical advice, and waits for its parcels. Hairmony has built a company for each of these needs, with one simple rule: every brand keeps its own identity, tone and clientele.

01The premium brand

KUST

Colouring, bleaching and professional treatments sold to salons. Exacting formulas, a tightly curated range and technical support named Edgar.

02The private circle

Le KLUB

A closed circle of hairdressers who want to progress: free training, seminars, professional equipment at trade prices.

03The training

The Academy

Short sessions in very small groups, focused on technique: cutting, colour theory, salon skills. Training eligible for funding.

04Accessible colour

YDOL

Professional colour sold online, with no middleman, at a price that makes colour profitable for the salon.

05The logistics

GreenLog

The group's warehouse, in Anjou: goods-in, storage, order preparation, dispatch and returns — for our brands and for those who join us.

Why a group

A brand on its own is at the mercy of the market.
A group works it.

The professional hairdressing market is held by a handful of major international players. Facing them, independent salons absorb rising costs, falling footfall and pressure from franchises. We chose to answer this with structure rather than rhetoric.

Two positions, never a compromise

Hairdressing cannot be served with a single offer. KUST answers to expectation and advice ; YDOL answers to fair pricing and simplicity. Two distinct brands, two promises kept separately.

Knowledge before product

Training and technical advice are not an after-sales service: they are trades in their own right, carried by The Academy, by Le KLUB and by our technical assistants.

Control of the chain

Since 2026, the group has operated its own logistics with GreenLog. What we don't control, we can neither guarantee nor improve.

The market

Technical work on a training head during a professional hairdressing course

What French hairdressing is going through.

In France, the Union nationale des entreprises de coiffure (UNEC) recorded a 3.1% drop in women’s salon visits in 2023 compared with 2022. Fewer visits, rising costs, a clientele more attentive to price: the profession is working under pressure.

At the same time, colour remains the salon’s main driver: nearly seven in ten women who go to the hairdresser have their hair coloured. It’s the service that brings clients back, the one that builds margin — and the one where the product’s purchase price weighs most heavily.

Our reading is simple. A salon needs a demanding colour when it sells bespoke service, and an affordable colour when it needs to protect its profitability. These two needs often coexist in the same neighbourhood, sometimes in the same salon. A single brand cannot honestly serve both: that is why the group carries several.

Innovation

Colour chart and colorimetry work assisted by artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence born in a salon, not in a laboratory.

The group develops its own technical colour assistants. They don’t talk about colour: they calculate it. Starting base, target tone level, highlights, dosage, processing time, correcting an unwanted lightening base — the reasoning is that of a colourist, available around the clock.

Each brand has its own, with its own vocabulary and catalogue: Edgar for KUST, Lucy for YDOL. Neither replaces a professional: they simply save the time that hesitation costs.

Mouns Dridi

Chairman of the Hairmony group.

He knows the trade from the ground up: the salons, the formulas, the margins, the rounds, the end of the month. The group was built from what he saw was missing, market after market, rather than from a plan written in advance.

His method fits in one sentence: test in salon, measure, document, then scale up only once it’s ready.

His story

We don’t sell products to hairdressers. We equip a trade.
