Le KLUB brings together hairdressers who want to progress, share and grow their trade together. No hierarchy, no rhetoric: exchange, practical work, community. It is the private circle of the KUST brand, open to its customers as well as to those who aren’t yet.
You join to develop, and you stay to connect. A trade is never learnt alone: it is passed on around a mannequin head, in a workshop, among people who share the same technique.
What the circle offers
We gather around a mannequin head
Training and technical workshops reserved for members, led by trainers who are still practising.
We go away together
Seminars: a spring trip somewhere sunny, an autumn gathering in Pays de la Loire. We work, we dine, we come home with a network.
The black bag
A signed, sealed welcome kit given on joining the circle. What's inside isn't revealed before the unveiling.
The spirit
The art of progressing.
Le KLUB is not a loyalty programme in disguise, and it isn’t an academy: it’s a club. It exists because an independent hairdresser often works alone, and a trade that isn’t shared ends up shrinking.
To stop learning is to start regressing. The circle exists to make sure that doesn’t happen.

No. Le KLUB is open to hairdressing professionals, whether or not they are customers of the brand. Membership is by subscription on the circle’s website.
The Academy is the training organisation: it’s where you book technical sessions, which can be funded. Le KLUB is a subscription circle, in which training is just one of the benefits, alongside seminars and access to professional equipment.
The circle’s trips alternate between a sunny destination in spring and a gathering in Pays de la Loire in autumn. Places are limited and reserved for members.
