The founder
Mouns Dridi
Chairman of the Hairmony group. A professional hairdressing entrepreneur for more than ten years, who came up through the trade rather than through marketing.

An entrepreneur who came up through the trade.
Mouns Dridi chairs the Hairmony group. He has worked in professional hairdressing for more than ten years and knows the trade through its concrete realities: the salons, the formulas, the margins, the delivery rounds, the orders that go out in the evening, and the ends of the month that hinge on a few euros per service.
He didn’t come to this market through a study. He entered it through sales, then through the brand, then through training, each time adding the piece that was missing from the one before. It’s this accumulation that eventually formed a group.
Before
What a failure taught.
Between 2008 and 2011, a first entrepreneurial venture came to an abrupt halt. Everything had to be rebuilt, starting from zero.
That episode left behind a method rather than a scar: measure before committing, never put a structure at risk to move faster, and favour growth financed by margin over growth financed by promise. Today’s group is built on that same caution.
2016
The founding of KUST.
Mouns Dridi founded the KUST brand in 2016, in Saint-Barthélemy-d’Anjou. The ambition was clear: to offer salons a demanding professional colour, backed by genuine advice and a direct relationship, in a market held by a handful of large international groups.
The brand was built salon by salon, with no network bought in and no outside capital. It gave the group its foundation: a community of hairdressers, product expertise, and credibility earned on the ground.
2024
The founding of YDOL.
Eight years on, the picture had changed. Salons were absorbing falling footfall and rising costs ; many were cutting back on colour, that is, on what keeps them going.
Mouns Dridi founded YDOL in 2024 to answer this precise need: professional colour sold online, at a price that makes the service profitable again, without compromising on the quality of the formula.
Today
One group, one method.
In 2024, Hairmony Holding was established to hold everything together and give it governance. In 2026, the group brought its logistics in-house and structured it under GreenLog, and brought its training activity together under The Academy.
The method hasn’t changed: test in salon, measure the impact, document it, then scale up when it’s ready. It also explains what the group doesn’t do — rushed launches, unsustainable pricing promises, brands blurred into one another.
A conviction about the trade
Tomorrow’s hairdresser will no longer be able to rely on technical skill alone. They will need to know how to present themselves, build an image, hold a price, and hold their own against franchises. That’s why training, communication and digital tools take up as much space in the group’s projects as the products themselves.
