Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
What we collect
This corporate website does not sell anything and does not create any customer accounts. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Why we process it
This information is used solely to handle your request and, where relevant, to follow up on the exchange. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us.
For how long
Messages received are kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then archived for a maximum of three years after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Who has access
Only the people within the group concerned by your request. No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. Our professional email service and our email-sending tools are hosted within the European Union or subject to equivalent safeguards.
Audience measurement and cookies
This site runs without advertising cookies and without third-party trackers. The only cookies that may be set are technical ones: they allow the site to display correctly and secure our forms. No prior consent is required for this type of cookie.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to com@hairmony.co. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Brand websites
The shops and platforms operated by the group’s brands have their own privacy policies, tailored to their own processing activities (customer accounts, orders, course enrolments).
